Delgo Movie Review

Saturday, December 06, 2008 Posted by Piera Jolly

Delgo is a new movie being released in theaters on December 12th. It's a family adventure tale about the power of love and friendship between two people from different cultures. When an agreement of peace between the two sides is threatened, a princess and an unlikely hero forge a forbidden bond of love to help save their world. An all star cast leads this fun, action packed CGI animated film with a story that is reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet .

I am really excited about this movie. I love fantasy films and this seems like a great option for families to watch together. It's the type of children's movie that parents can appreciate as well and to me, that is a huge plus! My kids are so excited about Delgo. My oldest has just gotten really into sci-fi so this will be perfect for him. I think it looks pretty cute too.

I have a weird thing for Burt Reynolds, I mean I even just got him as the voice on my GPS. I got it from www.navtones.com that does celebrity voices for GPS. I love it! I also got Mr. T and Kim Cattrall but for some reason I keep going back to Burt!

I'm looking forward to this movie and think it's going to be good. Thanks for the review!
