We want you guys to reflect on how truly important it is that we take care of ourselves as much as we care for our kids, our husbands, our families, and our friends. You know how on airplanes they always tell you to put the oxygen mask on YOU before your child? If we, as moms are not healthy and vibrant and happy, how can we care for those we love?
