Mom Time in '09: No Sweat Mommy Makeover

I know that most moms will agree with me when I say that after having a baby…um…the body changes. I have tried shape wear in the past to help camouflage my problem areas, but they are so uncomfortable. I mean, come one, who wants to wear a girdle? Not only are they super annoying, but it’s pretty embarrassing if someone notices you are wearing one.
