I'm back online! Woo-Hoo! Seriously, I felt like I was living in the dark ages...literally. We didn't get power until late Monday night. Late Tuesday night, we got cable, telephone, and internet back. We had NOTHING to do for over 36 hours-lol. Pretty sad that we're so dependent on TV and the internet for entertainment! Plus, it was Mike's (my hubby) birthday on Monday. I felt really bad for him because I woke up early to make him breakfast. I blew up a bunch of balloons, hung a few Happy Birthday banners, and set the table with our wedding china (lol-I do that every year). I was about to start breakfast when all of a sudden I hear this terrible sound that scared me half to death and then everything shuts off! It was the neighbors HUGE tree-it fell over into our yard and knocked down all of our utility lines. No breakfast...no NOTHING!

We did sit down to play Scrabble. Mike, my dear and very lovely hubby, is not a very good sport when we play board games. He says that I always win-lol. So, we're playing Scrabble and I'm winning.






I'm like..."What is that?" He says, "It's German for I don't wanna play anymore!" So, that ended Scrabble! Before we put the game up, I told him that I was going to blog about his unsportsmanlike attitude so I snapped a few pics! LOL

And, Wednesday was my Birthday...I'm 31 now. Could life get anymore depressing?! Anyways, I don't know how some of you knew it was my birthday, but THANK YOU for wishing me a happy birthday!
