BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair Review and Giveaway

Shopping for the right potty chair can actually be quite overwhelming. There are SO MANY different potties to choose from. I've seen everything from singing potties to a potty that looks like a Vegas slots machine! As "fun" as those sound, I can pretty much guarantee that Lucas would NEVER learn to use the potty if he was distracted with those types of potties! In my world (as I'm sure most moms would agree), simple is usually best! So, when I saw the BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair, a sleek and simple potty; I had a pretty strong hunch that I had found a winner!
BABYBJÖRN very generously sent me a red potty chair for me to review and I will go ahead and tell you that simple is BEST! This potty chair is awesome! It has a contoured seat, high back support and armrests, which makes this potty super comfortable for kids. It is even ergonomically designed to give children more legroom! The inner potty has a high splash guard and is simple to remove, empty, and clean. The potty is made with a high gloss, scratch resistant plastic that is also very easy to just wipe clean. I also love that the potty has a very sleek design and there aren't any nooks and crannies for bacteria to fester in. Very sanitary!The BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair is also very light and portable. I think it would be a great potty to take on vacation or while traveling. Also, if you have a two story home and don't want to buy two potties; then the BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair is a great choice. And, even though it is light; it does stay in place. The potty chair actually has a rubber grip on the bottom so that it won't slip and slide all over the floor. This is a must for tile or hardwood floors, which is what I have in my house.
Lucas immediately gravitated to the BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair. I think he likes it because it's not intimidating. It just looks like a bright and cheerful chair. I really think this is very important because the last thing you want your child to feel when they are potty training is fear of the potty. Now, I will say Lucas is not potty trained yet, but that is not the potty chair's fault...that's momma's fault for not starting yet.
All in all, I have to give the BABYBJÖRN Potty Chair two enthusiastic thumbs up from me! It is a perfect little potty chair! It also comes in almost every color of the rainbow. It is cute, modern, sleek, and...simple. Love it!

I like the idea of the "smart Potty" because it looks like the full sized.. which we have and LOVE!!!! but it is small enough to travel with or fit in a smaller bathroom!

I am a BABYJORN lover, I have had the original carrier-which I LOVED, I have also had the Air, which I loved even more! My new favorite, is the AIR in yellow, mine was grey and red. I am quickly coming into potty training with my 2 year old and I will only get the potty chair-I thank you for the entry, and hopefully I win, it will be put to good use!

I love the idea of the plate from the plate and spoon set being hard for little hands to pick up. I have one that's in that 'throw/drop and mommy picks up' stage.

We LOVE the Bjorn Soft Bib. It's comfortable and fully adjustable yet hard for my kids to remove. The pocket is also really handy to fill the gap between the highchair and child- my children are always picking up what they drop and actually eating it!

I really like babybjorn products. THey are such good quality and well designed products. I liked the babybjorn Babysitter Balance Air. Seems very comfortable for baby; it folds for easy storage etc. Great for when my grandbabies come to visit!
