Girls' Hairclips that Actually Stay In Place: MacyMae Clippies Review and Giveaway!

I don't have a little girl yet, but I do know from my experience with my nieces and my friends' daughters that it is very difficult to find hair clips that actually stay in their hair. Children's hair tends to be very fine and even more so when they're still babies with little to no hair. Getting a hair clip to stay in place is almost an impossibility! When MacyMae Clippies came to me about reviewing their hair clips that promised not to fall out; I had to say yes for all my readers who do have little girls.MacyMae Clippies are made by Kati, mom of three and owner of La Bebe Boutique. What makes MacyMae clippies special is that they are all lined with a patent-pending silicone gel grip that prevents the clip from slipping out of even the finest baby hair. You can see the silicone grip in the picture below.
Kati sent me the Miss Cute clips to review and since I don't have a little girl (sniff...), I decided to test these on my niece. She has very fine hair and her hair clips never stay in place. We put her hair up with a couple of the MacyMae clips and by the end of the day; the clips were still in place. It's worth mentioning that we ONLY used the clips-no hair elastics or anything. Pretty cool!

My daughter really likes the clips at wwww.babybellabows.com which is great because they stay in her hair. I'm also trying out the new headbands since I know the clips work!
