Children's Bedding & Decor: Thank You Baby Review & HUGE Giveaway! (RV $644)

The focal point of every child's bedroom is the bed so it's essential to dress it up with great sheets, pillows, and blankets. Of course, quality counts too. Itchy, scratchy sheets are terrible! You want soft bedding that children can feel comfortable sleeping in. Not to mention that cute doesn't hurt either. Plus, as kids get older they have their own tastes and styles that they want reflected in their rooms. Recently, I discovered an amazing company that sells the most beautiful children's bedding and room accessories called Thank You Baby. In addition, I received the following decor and accessories from the Forever Blossoms line--Canvas Art, Gift Blanket, Lampshade, Burp Cloths, Diaper Stacker, Mobile, Valance, Changing Pad Cover, and (2) Pillows with Ruffle. I know you're probably thinking--why are we talking about crib bedding when this is a big kid room party? Well, that is the really cool {and innovative} part of this line and others at Thank You Baby--many pieces can be used in the infant nursery and in an older child's bedroom! Transitional pieces that can literally last into the teen years and save you money in the long run!
The Forever Blossoms 4-piece crib set comes with a bed skirt, fitted sheet, bumper, and ruffled quilt. Ladies--this set is so beautiful! You guys know that I don't have a little girl--as soon as I opened this set all I could think about is having a daughter so that I could use it {LOL}. Alas...no little girl yet so I will be giving this to my niece--in the meantime I needed a room to set this up in so I transformed Lucas' room into a room fit for a little princess!
The quality of the pieces is amazing--soft, soft, soft! The colors are beautiful--light and dark pinks accented with apple green. Modern flowers and sweet ruffle details. Gorgeous. Also, I want to point out that the bumper is very innovative and unlike any other I have seen before. It actually comes in four sections so it's easy to take off and put back on {read: easier to remove the mattress, wash, etc.}. This also means that you can remove just the front section of the bumper in convertible cribs when your child is ready to move into the toddler bed. In addition, the bumper is slipcovered so clean up is a breeze--just unzip and remove the cover to wash! Plus, the bumper is reversible--one side has the Forever Blossoms print and the other is a luxuriously soft pink minky. Thank You Baby literally thought of everything! The decor and accessories are ADORABLE! Everything coordinates perfectly without being too matchy-matchy. When your child is ready for a more grown up room, all you do is buy the 3-piece Forever Blossoms Youth Bedding Set and use the same decor pieces that you used in the nursery! These pieces will transition over:
And, here you can see the toddler or older child room with the 3-piece Forever Blossoms Youth Bedding Set. The 3-piece Your Bedding Set comes with a bed skirt, a pillowcase, and comforter. Again, the colors are dark pink contrasted by light pink and accented with a gorgeous apple green. The flowers are larger and very modern while still remaining classic. Well since I'm out numbered 3 to 1 by boys here, so would go for the Madison Boy. I love pink but as Cole so nicely tells me Pink is for girls, that also includes purple and anyother color that is near that palate. Yup it's a joy in my house. Please let me come be your live in cook :). LOL
