If you've been looking for a bag that will work double duty for you and your family's needs, I have the answer--the brand new Alpha Sherpa Backpack by Baby Sherpa! Baby Sherpa sent us the Alpha Sherpa Backpack for me to review and it is without a doubt--the most versatile bag I have come across to date. It can work as a diaper bag, backpack, sports bag, laptop bag, hiking and camping bag, and honestly--so much more!
Made from ripstop nylon, the Alpha Sherpa Backpack is extremely durable and well made. This backpack is going to last years and years. The ergo design with padded shoulder straps, sternum strap and optional waist belt make the backpack extremely comfortable to wear as well. Moms will be happy to hear that it has 9 POCKETS PLUS a laptop compartment! Yep. A place for everything. It also has a change pad, insulated bottle holder, and a large, soft-sided cooler for snacks and beverages. Believe it or not, the cooler can hold 6 to 8 canned beverages! I can easily fit a drink and lunch for all three of us with room to spare! One of my favorite features of the backpack is actually the bungee X cord on the front of the bag. It allows you to attach a towel, small jacket, sweater, or something every new mom or dad carries with them---a baby blanket. regardless of the horror stories about them in general... I think the Baby Sherpa Safe2Go Harness is a must-have in certain situations... and the monkey is adorable! (honest... as often as tempted... never use any harness to drag your child through anywhere! ;-))
