Toys that Boys Will Love! GX Racers & Tightrope Terror Track Set {Review}

If you have a little boy, you must check out the new GX Racers by JAKKS Pacific! GX Racers™ & GX Racers: SKATE™ are expected to be the new vehicle performance leader, revolutionizing the toy vehicle category. These cars are fast too. They feature interchangeable gyros that race up to 600 scale MPH! Jakks Pacific sent us a Stunt Racer and the Tight Rope Terror Track Set for me to review and they are a blast--quite literally.

GX Tightrope Terror Track Set Showcases the Unique Line Walking Stunt Ability of the GX Racers. Includes the Track Set, Line Walking Stunt Gyro, Car and Rip Cord. Watch your GX Racer go across the Tight Rope 2 Ways to Play. Use as A Defined Set or connect 2 Points Anywhere in Your Room, then hooks up to Track. Recommended age--5 and up.
Setting up the Tight Rope Terror Set {pictured above} is pretty easy, but here are some tips. You have to set up the tight rope so that it is nice and taut between the two tracks. Also, you have to use books {as recommended by JAKKS} or something heavy to bear down on the two platforms. This keeps the tracks steady and prevents them from moving! At two years old, Lucas is way too young to be able to actually use this set on his own, but let me tell you--he loves watching daddy make the GX Racer vehicles race across the tight rope! And...daddy loves racing the GX Racers {lol}. Check out the video below to see how they work and how we set up the Tightrope Terror {note--we set the Track up on a counter because it gave me a better angle when shooting the video, but really it is better to set the Track up on the floor}.
You can also get the vehicles by themselves or in Stunt Packs, which are also a ton of fun, great for travel, and a perfect stocking stuffer this holiday season. The GX Racers Stunt Packs come with a GX Racer™ vehicle, a unique Stunt gyro, and an action-packed Stunt Accessory. Choose from the Side Spin™ pack, Line Walker™ pack or Jumper pack. We received the Line Walker, which is just like the Tight Rope Terror---only smaller, but still as much fun!
Plus, there's an entire line of GX Racers Skate! GX Racers Skateboards can perform real skate tricks done by kids, and the crazy insane stunts performed by the pros!

thanks for the review, the boys though your video was awesome. They look like the will hold up a long time, with all the crashing.

They look like fun... I think your hubby had lots of fun even without Lucas. :-)
It's nice to see toys for boys, I appreciate your reviewing them, my grandson would love these.

This is right up Logan's alley... Good thing he's asleep right now, otherwise he'd be begging me for it! LOL!
