{Above} Lucas hanging out with his cousins after a night of trick-or-treating.
Trick or treating was so much fun. All the kids just got it right away even though it was their first time doing it. To be honest, I almost cried because I could not believe that Lucas is old enough to trick or treat. I know--I'm a sap, but it made me so sad and proud all at the same time. It was a great night.

I totally know how you feel! This was the first year my daughter could trick or treat too, and it really makes you realize how big they are getting!

What great pictures and great costumes. Lucas looks adorable, as does his cousins.
And, by all means, cry... we ALL know exactly how you feel. There will be SEVERAL of those moments ahead of you to come. It's what being a mommy is all about, that minute of pride and loss all at the same time... I'm feeling it right now, myself.
