Nickelodeon’s ParentsConnect.com is always coming up with something cool for us, aren't they?! Right now, Parents Connect is helping us keep our resolutions in 2010!

For the month of January, the site is hosting New Year, New YOUniversity. Led by motivational and fitness guru, Patricia Moreno, author of “The IntenSati Method”, parents can learn how to love their lives and the bodies they've got through mini daily lessons. The bite-size, doable ways to tune up your body and your attitude will include a slate of mini-lessons that don't take that much time, but do have major payoffs including: workout, tone-up, eat right, feel good and love yourself. Plus, there will be opportunities to win prizes throughout the month!
