Synopsis: In Nanny McPhee Returns, Oscar®-winning actress and screenwriter Emma Thompson returns to the role of the magical nanny who appears when she’s needed the most and wanted the least in the next chapter of the hilarious and heartwarming fable that has enchanted children around the world.Movie Details:
In the latest installment, Nanny McPhee appears at the door of a harried young mother, Mrs. Isabel Green (Maggie Gyllenhaal), who is trying to run the family farm while her husband is away at war. But once she’s arrived, Nanny McPhee discovers that Mrs. Green’s children are fighting a war of their own against two spoiled city cousins who have just moved in and refuse to leave.

I watched it and loved the part when Nanny had all the kids moving quickly in the kitchen. They couldn't stop doing what they should have been even when they wanted to. It was the best way to get back at kids. Force them to do what you don't want them to do. Hit the cane on the floor and have it all go away. Nice.

My kids were too young to watch the first when it came out, but I saw it! I liked how she got prettier with time :)

My children and I watched the first Nanny McPhee. I don't remember having a favorite part, although I liked how Nanny McPhee got prettier as time went on. I thought it was a nice family movie.

We watched the first Nanny McPhee movie a number of years ago. I wish I could remember my favorite part, but I do remember how she gradually chaged her appearance throughout the movie

My kids have not seen the fist Nanny McPhee but I have the dvd and love the movie. I am a fan of Colin Firth and Emma Thompson and love that Nanny McPhee taught the kids to "behive"

We have seen the original film. I found it very delightful--almost a modern-day Mary Poppins. It was ridiculous, but a touching story. We look forward to the second installment!

We've watched the first one a few times and my favorite is Simon. I love when he takes the baby saying "BeHave" to mean "Bee Hive" and realizes how he can trick Mrs Quickly to leave the wedding.

We watched the first movie and loved it! I think my kids' favorite scene is the kitchen one. They laugh uproariously every time they see it (especially when the kids can't stop what they're doing)!
