The S'more, the Merrier

When I was asked to participate in the Hershey's Say S'mores campaign, I was thrilled. Chocolate. Marshmallows. Graham crackers. Yum!
The theme I was given is "The S'more the Merrier", which is appropriate since s'more making is a group affair. It's the perfect excuse to gather loved ones around the fire to make some yummy treats. So, that's just what we did. My parents, brothers, nieces, Lucas, Mike, and I...all got together to make some s'mores. It was lots of fun!
Oh, and don't forget about the Say S'mores contest! Families are invited to capture and share their favorite S’mores moments on the Hershey’s brand Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/hersheys for a chance to win S’mores-themed prizes. The grand-prize is a Canon Rebel Camera, slate marble outdoor firebowl, $250 SnapFish gift card, roasting skewers set and all of the ingredients needed to make S’mores, including Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars. Families who visit the Hershey’s brand Facebook page on or after June 15 can download the Say S’mores application to participate in monthly photo contests and receive a $1 coupon good toward the purchase of any two Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bar 6-packs.

It was last fall since we made s'mores last :( We moved into a new house and are waiting to get a patio put in before we break out with the firepit! Hopefully we'll get our patio put in in the next week or two, because now I really want smores!

It has been some time since I made s'mores. I think I was with my family on the edge of a river by my aunts house in California. I was probably in my teens.We had a little campfire going.

Our family loves to make s'mores and we just made them last weekend at our 4th of July family barbecue. We toasted our marshmallows over our campfire & built our s'mores - yummy!

The last time i made them we put them in the microwave because it was raining out and my daughter really wanted one! It was till really good! And made a rainy day a little nicer!
