For years and years, I have been on a diet. I have tried every fad diet known to man. What time and experience has taught me is that “diets” never work. The solution? Lifestyle change. Ever since Amelia was born, I am on a mission to change our entire family’s lifestyle. From the way we eat to how much time we spend on electronic devices to how much activity we get. It may not be the fastest way to get to my own personal weight goals, but you know what they…slow and steady wins the race!
